　　首先要先确定自己要申请的专业方向。一般来说，申请的专业要和你所学的专业一致，或者说差不多。如果你要跨专业申请，那你应该最好有该专业的辅修学位，至少也要修过一些该专业的课程。确定了专业后，就是学校的选择了。

　　选校这一块最重要的指标就是学校的排名，分为综排和专排，个人感受而言，申请博士专排更加重要一些。一般来说，专排高的学校比较难申请，专排一般，综排比较高的也比较难申请。选校的时候，根据自己的背景去选择合适的排名区间。这里就建议多和学长学姐交流，多吸收他们的申请经验，因为不同学校申请时的竞争力是不一样的，因此通过自己和他们的对比才能更好地确定自己的位置。当然也不能完全迷信排名，也要看具体项目的导师和研究方向这一块是否是适合自己的。

　　我国现在硕士招生名额增多，但博士的招生数量是严格控制的，每个博导可能只带几个学生。这么少的名额，自然要招最优秀、科研能力最强的学生，筛选流程比较严格，录取要求高，所以考博难度很大。

　　申请考博的研究生需要拿出两到三篇的论文成果，这些论文都发布在认可度高的核心期刊上，数量和质量的要求都比较高，而很多硕士的学术成果并不能达到要求，所以没有申请资格。之前可能有人觉得直接在原导师和学校申请读博比较容易，事实上审核要求也非常高，必须要达到相应的科研学术要求。

　　参加统考也是一个读博的机会，但名额不多，而且考试难度大，对英语水*要求很高。而且学术成果也要达到相应的标准，甚至比直接申请读博的难度还要大。与博士招生名额相比，每年参加统考的硕士人数也比较多，尤其是985、211院校的报考最火热。

　　每个地区，每个学校博士招生的时间不同，报考的'条件也是不同的，想要知道考博士研究生的条件，首先需要先确定要报考哪所学校。确定了之后可以在该学校的招生官网上去查询报考的条件。

　　考博士和导师是有很大关系的。一般考博士分为笔试和面试两个部分，通过笔试分数线的进入第二轮面试，在面试中，大部分的学校都给予导师否决权的。所以，如果你想报考博士的话，最好事先和导师取得联系，确认导师是否还有招生名额，现在研究的方向和导师的研究内容是否相符。导师若还有招生名额，并且和你目前研究领域一致的话比较好。
