1紫薯洗净后蒸熟,放凉后去皮,装入保鲜袋用擀面杖压成泥;加入适量炼乳调至软硬合适的程度(即:包入馅料时不易裂开) 2白芝麻用烤箱150度烤熟备用;紫薯泥*均分成等量的小块,搓成小球;各式馅料也分成比紫薯泥略小的小块后搓成小球;取一个紫薯球按成饼,再拿一个馅料球包入紫薯中,封口后整个搓成圆球状; 3把做好的紫薯球放在烤熟的白芝麻中滚一滚,全部粘上白芝麻即可。 by 伊莲
