　　I Agree or not agree: the next twenty years from now on, students will not use printed books any more.

　　I don't think so. printed books won't be abandoned in such a short time. I admit that new technology is developing fast. Many advanced electronic products are gradually take the place of traditional tools. Just like in university, teachers like to use multimedia in class for it is quite convenient and efficient. However, for our student, it is not realistic to study completely by electronic products. There are many things need to recorded on books. Books are something meaningful and practical.

　　I should say, in our country, printed books wouldn't be abandoned within 20 years at least for two reasons. Firstly, books are classical container of knowledge. They accompany human to advance. A student without books could be someway ridiculous. Secondly, our country haven't developed so strong to make every student study by com*r or other forms of electronic tools. And even after 20 years, the possibility is also very small. I also think it is unnecessary because books are cheap but useful and still meaningful.

　　我们学生学*英语的机会应该说非常有限的和非常之少的，一方面孩子们有许多功课要学，另一方面许多学生英语课堂效率低下。下面我就以下5点谈谈学*英语要注意的方面。

　　1.英语课堂学*应该注重课堂学*效果，45分钟非常宝贵且有限，我们力争要在这短短的时间内掌握所有的英语知识。英语当天学*的内容应该当天消化，如果不能及时消化就会积食，造成听课越听越不懂，形成恶性循环!英语学*重在*时，每天做好预*与复*工作。想要靠临时突击，临时抱佛脚的做法不可取也不可行。

　　我确信：英语要学好和智商无关，学不好英语的人都是懒惰的人。所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补*英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。

　　2.作业一定要按时独立完成，不要成为学*上的“寄生虫”。作业是老师检查了解学生知识掌握情况的一个有效途径，要求同学们能如实客观地对待作业。知之为知之，不知为不知，宁愿独立完成的空几题的作业，也比完全不经过自己大脑思考抄袭来的作业质量高得多。许多同学自觉性差，*时空空两手回家，早上早早赶来抄，每天我都布置了一定的英语作业，因此请各位家长能关注一下你的子女有没有将作业带回家来做，并督促子女认真复*。

　　3.学**惯是第一生产力。许多同学英语学*好，并不是他(她)比别人聪明，而是学**惯比较好。良好的学**惯可以大大提高你的学*效果，我们班的刘里杰，姜艳芳，李辉龙，李柯欧等同学，她们学*态度端正，上课认真，书写工整，正因为如此，无论什么考试都能取得很好的成绩，这与她*时良好的学**惯是分不开的!而有些同学你看似认真，却是身在心不在，学*重在表象，完全不扎实，综合素质却没有真正提高。课外也不下功夫，一堂课几个单词，一两个重点句型下节课过来提问一问三不知，又何谈课外扩展与素质提升?这样的现象很普遍，说到底，还是好的*惯没有养成，不够勤奋。另外还有几个同学，他们的潜力很大，但因为还不够认真刻苦，所以没有发挥出自己最好的水*，希望家长能够配合老师，把孩子的成绩抓上去。我坚信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指导下能够及时完成老师布置的任务，那么一定能学好。要教导您的孩子一开始就要有吃苦耐劳的精神。坚持严谨的学*作风，成绩马上就会见效。

　　3)、养成复*旧课和预*新课的*惯。

　　4)、养成做完作业细心检查的*惯。

　　4.英语学*贵在坚持!就好像跑步运动，英语学*之初大家都从同一个起跑线出发，但随着难度加深与词汇量加大，一些同学慢慢对英语失去新鲜感续而厌烦最后掉队。希望我们家长对子女多一份关爱，督促子女奋发图强，初一大有提高的余地!英语偏科是历史原因造成的，但并不是不可根治的，想要证明自己真正有实力那就从偏科的英语入手，重点突破!

　　5.树立正确的英语学*观与知识观!许多学生和家长认为英语学*了没有多大用处，我又不会出国，学两句皮毛可以炫耀就好了，何必学精通?且不说英语作为一种工具，它对于我们升学、工作、求职有重大意义，同时我认为学*英语的过程也是一个吸收别人长处，观念更新的过程!知识是无价的，知识可以改变命运。

　　我们今天所有的努力都是为了让我们的学生，你的孩子在学*有更大提高，做一个全面发展的人才!让我们相信明天会更好!谢谢!

　　我的发言分四个部分:汇报班级情况，交流三个问题，几点温馨提示。

　　一、首先,跟大家汇报一下班级学生现状

　　1.班级学生现状

　　我们班总共 名学生，上周我校进行了半期考试。我把半期英语考试的情况简单向各位家长作个汇报。*均分 分，优生 人，优生率 %。排名前十名的有 ;与九月份第一次月考相比，进步较大的学生有 。通过高中半期的`学*，大多数学生都具有良好的英语学**惯。学*积极性较高，能够自觉完成老师布臵的作业，深知英语学科在整个高中课程的重要性。

　　2.存在问题:

　　1)早读课容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同学比较多，导致早上精神状态不好。

　　2)部分学生的学*方式仍然停留在初中甚至小学阶段，从不自觉主动地去学*(从他们对作业的认识和处理方式上就可以看出来)

　　3)部分学生抄袭作业，少数学生作业拖拉甚至不交作业

　　二、其次，想跟大家交流四个问题

　　1.首先和大家交流一个问题：孩子上了高中以后，总有一部分家长很纳闷：我家的孩子在小学能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，为什么到了高中，成绩不令人满意，甚至有些失望呢?

　　这个问题的答案首先与各个学*阶段的特点有关：小学阶段以赏识教育为主，要在很小的时候培养学生的自信心，试卷内容大多与课本有关，因此考试分数自然会很高。初中则是以普及教育为主，考试会照顾到大部分学生，因此分数也较高。但是，高中教育，特别是在以高考为最终目标的大背景下，就是以选拔为目的了，所以，考试难度与深度会有很大的提升，得分率自然就会下降，孩子们的考试分数自然会低一些。所以拿初中甚至小学的分数来衡量孩子们高中的学*，是不科学的。

　　其次，与学生自身的学*方式和学**惯有关：高中阶段学*科目多而且难，要求学生必须学会自主学*(自觉主动地去学*)，即变“要我学”为“我要学”，再也不能像初中甚至小学那样靠老师和家长盯着学，那样成绩自然会下降。

　　2.第二个问题，为什么同一个班级的孩子三年后成绩差别那么大?成绩进步大的一定是那些学**惯和个性好的孩子。孩子为什么会这样，其实因素很多，这不仅仅与学*基础有关，最主要的是与孩子的心态、学*方式及学**惯密切相关。学生的学*方式及*惯是极其重要的，直接影响和决定学生的成绩。不要到高三时才感慨，现在我们不是不想学，而是在高一、高二时没有养成良好的学**惯，没能改变自己的学*方式以适应高中的学*，现在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，现在必须努力学*。

　　在此，我希望家长们要时时关注孩子的学**惯和个性，也就是情商问题。大量的实例证明了一个人的成功主要取决于情商，其次才是智商，两者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英语学科举足轻重，就必须爱英语，以十足的干劲学好英语。

　　3.第二个问题，请家长们正确看待孩子在班级的考试名次，当孩子名次退步时，原因是多方面的，首先帮助他树立信心，然后一起帮助分析原因，而不要盲目地批评甚至打骂孩子。“望子成龙，望女成凤”是我们共同的心愿，但在高一更应注重孩子学**惯的培养、学*方式的转变，让孩子快乐的成长进步，严格遵循教育教学规律。

　　4.有些孩子还没有适应高中的学*，还不知道高中阶段怎么学，希望家长们高度关注。高中学*科目多而难，时间紧，主要靠学生自主和自觉地学*，老师主要是引导和辅导、检查和督促，而不像初中那样盯着你学*。说明学生在学*目的、学*兴趣上还需培养。

　　订正的*惯，督促学生建立错题集，当堂发现的问题，当堂订正，不拖拉，不滞留，将问题解决在发现之处，从而保证知识点的连接，为建立学科知识体系做保障。这些*惯，会让学生真正的乐学、好学，在成功中追求快乐，在快乐中追求成功!

　　三、我想对在座的各位家长提出几点温馨提示。

　　(1)帮助孩子确定适当目标

　　和孩子一起确定一个他能够达到的目标——家长适度的期望值。

　　二、其次，想跟大家交流四个问题

　　1.首先和大家交流一个问题：孩子上了高中以后，总有一部分家长很纳闷：我家的孩子在小学能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，为什么到了高中，成绩不令人满意，甚至有些失望呢?

　　这个问题的答案首先与各个学*阶段的特点有关：小学阶段以赏识教育为主，要在很小的时候培养学生的自信心，试卷内容大多与课本有关，因此考试分数自然会很高。初中则是以普及教育为主，考试会照顾到大部分学生，因此分数也较高。但是，高中教育，特别是在以高考为最终目标的大背景下，就是以选拔为目的了，所以，考试难度与深度会有很大的提升，得分率自然就会下降，孩子们的考试分数自然会低一些。所以拿初中甚至小学的分数来衡量孩子们高中的学*，是不科学的。

　　其次，与学生自身的学*方式和学**惯有关：高中阶段学*科目多而且难，要求学生必须学会自主学*(自觉主动地去学*)，即变“要我学”为“我要学”，再也不能像初中甚至小学那样靠老师和家长盯着学，那样成绩自然会下降。

　　2.第二个问题，为什么同一个班级的孩子三年后成绩差别那么大?成绩进步大的一定是那些学**惯和个性好的孩子。孩子为什么会这样，其实因素很多，这不仅仅与学*基础有关，最主要的是与孩子的心态、学*方式及学**惯密切相关。学生的学*方式及*惯是极其重要的，直接影响和决定学生的成绩。不要到高三时才感慨，现在我们不是不想学，而是在高一、高二时没有养成良好的学**惯，没能改变自己的学*方式以适应高中的学*，现在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，现在必须努力学*。

　　在此，我希望家长们要时时关注孩子的学**惯和个性，也就是情商问题。大量的实例证明了一个人的成功主要取决于情商，其次才是智商，两者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英语学科举足轻重，就必须爱英语，以十足的干劲学好英语。

　　3.第二个问题，请家长们正确看待孩子在班级的考试名次，当孩子名次退步时，原因是多方面的，首先帮助他树立信心，然后一起帮助分析原因，而不要盲目地批评甚至打骂孩子。“望子成龙，望女成凤”是我们共同的心愿，但在高一更应注重孩子学**惯的培养、学*方式的转变，让孩子快乐的成长进步，严格遵循教育教学规律。

　　4.有些孩子还没有适应高中的学*，还不知道高中阶段怎么学，希望家长们高度关注。高中学*科目多而难，时间紧，主要靠学生自主和自觉地学*，老师主要是引导和辅导、检查和督促，而不像初中那样盯着你学*。说明学生在学*目的、学*兴趣上还需培养。

　　订正的*惯，督促学生建立错题集，当堂发现的问题，当堂订正，不拖拉，不滞留，将问题解决在发现之处，从而保证知识点的连接，为建立学科知识体系做保障。这些*惯，会让学生真正的乐学、好学，在成功中追求快乐，在快乐中追求成功!

　　A Volunteer Labour

　　On April 28th, my classmates and I went to the park near my school where we took part in a volunteer labor.

　　We got there at nine o'clock. After divided into three groups, we began to work.

　　Each group had their own tasks. Group one planted trees and watered flowers. Group Two picked up litter left by tourists and cleaned the benches. My group wiped all the equipment in Children's Playground. Each of us worked hard.

　　At about half past eleven, we finished working. Though we were tired,we were happy. It was a meaningful day for us because we had done a good deed.

　　A guy from America made a small test in the street. He wanted to see how people reacted when they saw someone was bullied. The test showed that more than 90 percent of people would help the weak guy and criticized the one who bullied the others. I was so moved by the people who gave their hands. The weak guy pretended to be a nerd, and did something looking so stupid. But everyone argued for him that he was doing the great thing and looked so cool. We should not judge people because of their difference. Everyone is special and they can do anything if they haven't bothered others.

　　The joy of holiday fitness. In the summer vacation, I also don't forget toexercise. By the evening, I took with mom and dad go to tai lake squareskateboard; On hot days and a friend to the sports center to swim; Playbasketball, play badminton together with my cousin.
