　　在手机上下了一个智能闹钟，可以通过分辨呼吸频率判断睡眠深浅然后再在浅层睡眠时智能叫醒的一款闹钟。感觉挺好用的，至少很多天没有听到闹钟声音的我是被叫起来了。朦朦胧胧睁开眼睛的时候寝室还没人起床，窗帘没有拉开，黑蒙蒙的一片，太阳还在路上。那一个瞬间有些挣扎，起来还是再睡一会？往常的话，可能看天都没亮，倒头就睡了。可是没有。

　　可能是最*打了太长时间的阴阳师感觉有些羞愧，可能是怀念起来以前睡很早起很早的生活，也可能只是单单的想起昨天网上推荐给我的打坐突然想冥想思考一下人生，所以索性就坐了起来。

日常生活小妙招

1 ：不管是鞋子的哪个地方磨到了你的脚，你就在鞋子磨脚的地方涂一点点白酒，保证就不磨。

2 ：皮包上有了污渍或者是脏了的话，可以用棉花蘸风油精擦拭。

3 ：在洗完脸后，用手指沾些细盐在鼻头两侧轻轻摩擦，然后再用清水冲净，黑头粉刺就会清除 干净，毛细孔也会变小。

4 ：出门是随时在包包里面带一节小的干电池，如果你的裙子带静电的话把电池的正极在裙子上 面擦几下就可以去掉静电了。

　　可是，这一切都随着半期考成绩而改变。因为，半期考成绩是灰色的，灰的快黑了，可想而知，这是一种多么可怕的结果埃

　　但是，路总不能停止，风依然呼呼的刮着。似乎想要带去些什么，更要带来些什么。

　　自从吸取了半期考的教训以后，我似乎变的成熟懂事了。先前的做事情的丢三落四也变的井井有条了。

　　在从半期考以后，我的生活便变的有序起来了，做事情也有时间和规律。

　　那是一个早晨，正在梦中的我被懒猪，起床了，起床了。给叫醒了。我还在做我的美梦，睡眼朦胧的我把闹钟关了，继续睡觉。

　　就当我闭上眼睛的那一刹那，闹钟掉到底墒，咚的一声，打破了夜的宁静。也许，我就是被这一声给震醒了。

　　突然，我的脑海中闪出一个念头：人，应该说到做到，不要轻言，否则你就是一个无信的人。想到这，似乎一切都溶到了我的实际生活中去了。

　　至今，我保持的仍是这种早起读书的精神。我努力坚持下来了，可是，这次的期考是否有好成绩，还要我自己去做最后的冲刺。

　　失败乃成功之母，我要吸取这次半期考的教训。一直走下去，直到永远。

　　今天，我和妈妈来到了“矿山六号院”，来这里打扫清理卫生。

　　妈妈是这里的清洁工，我是“义务”劳动，帮人们打扫卫生，清理绿化带里的垃圾，帮妈妈扫地，铲垃圾和扫楼洞。

　　首先，我要把绿化带里的垃圾勾出来，绿化带里的垃圾非常多，我拿着钩子伸进绿化带，看到袋子就把钩子对准它，勾住它，往外拉，我就是这样将垃圾从绿化带里勾出来的；然后，帮妈妈扫楼洞，楼洞里全是放完鞭炮的红色纸屑，我拿小扫把扫楼梯，妈妈拿着大扫把扫大街，我从楼梯的最上边一层一直往下扫，第一段（十几个台阶为一段）楼梯扫完扫第二段，一段一段的扫；接着要帮妈妈清雪，这活，我可不行，清了一半就没力气了，我就坐下来歇息了。

　　坐下后看妈妈清雪、扫地的样子。我想起了清洁工对人类做出的贡献，如果没有他们不辞辛劳工作，我不敢想像*是什么样子，可能是垃圾遍地，也可能是有色食品袋漫天飞舞，也可能比这些更加厉害。由此可见清洁工的工作是我们大家不容忽视的伟大工作。

　　我敬佩你——清洁工人，你可爱又可敬。

　　今天是3月12日——植树节，老师带着我们乘车去山坡上植树。当我们到达山坡的时候，发现柳树姑娘披着翠绿的纱巾，亭亭玉立地站在那里，好像在迎接我们的到来。

　　周围有几只可爱的小燕子围着我们叽叽喳喳唱着欢快的歌曲，好像在唱欢迎我们的到来，再看，周围山坡上，石缝中，树根下，开着生命力极强的小野花有红的、黄的、粉的，五彩缤纷，给大地带来了一片生机，简直被眼前的景色陶醉了。
