　　在手机上下了一个智能闹钟，可以通过分辨呼吸频率判断睡眠深浅然后再在浅层睡眠时智能叫醒的一款闹钟。感觉挺好用的，至少很多天没有听到闹钟声音的我是被叫起来了。朦朦胧胧睁开眼睛的时候寝室还没人起床，窗帘没有拉开，黑蒙蒙的一片，太阳还在路上。那一个瞬间有些挣扎，起来还是再睡一会？往常的话，可能看天都没亮，倒头就睡了。可是没有。

　　可能是最*打了太长时间的阴阳师感觉有些羞愧，可能是怀念起来以前睡很早起很早的生活，也可能只是单单的想起昨天网上推荐给我的打坐突然想冥想思考一下人生，所以索性就坐了起来。

　　大学是人生的关键阶段。这是因为，进入大学是一生中第一次放下高考的重担，开始追逐自己的理想、兴趣，是第一次离开家庭生活，独立参与团体和社会生活，是第一次不再单纯地学*或背诵书本上的理论知识，而是有机会在学*理论的同时亲身实践。同时这也是一生中许多“最后一次”：最后一次有机会系统性地接受教育，最后一次能够全心建立知识基础，最后一次能在相对宽容的、可以置身其中学*为人处世之道的理想环境。在这个阶段里，我们要认真把握每一个第一次，让它们成为未来人生道路的基石;也逃珍惜每一个最后一次，不让自己在不远的将来追悔莫及。

　　其中提高自学能力，在很大程度上决定了能否把知识学通学活，这就需要把握住几个主要环节：预*、听课、复*结、作业。预*可以把握听课主动权，知识不完全是靠老师教会的，而是在老师的引导下，靠自己主动的思维活动去获取的，而上课专注听讲、及时完成作业则有助于提高效率，达到事半功倍的效果。

　　在时间安排方面，除了上课、学生工作、社团活动外，其余的时间机动性很大，大学生活越丰富多彩，时间分割的'就越细，适当利用零散时间充实自己，把劲儿使在刀刃上，也可以提高学*效率。

　　再就是心态方面。效率的提高，很大程度上决定于学*以外的其它因素，如人际关系、生活*惯等等，这些都影响着一个人的心境。积极参与各种集体活动，如团日活动，校园文化节系列活动等等，以一种热情乐观的生活态度去对待周围的人和事，营造一个轻松的氛围，对一个人的工作与学*都是很有帮助的。
