　　Good afternoon, my honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen and fellow contestants:

　　I feel so happy to have the chance to make a speech. The title of my speech is Protect the Environment, Protect Ourselves. I hope you will like it.

　　Everybody knows waste paper and used coke cans are discarded everywhere. You might have seen plastic bags flying in the sky and getting caught in the trees when the wind blows or maybe you have seen old cans floating in the rivers and polluting the water. Our environment is the place in which we live, but it is being ruined by us.

　　There is a story about house and trees. It is said that a man’s house was surrounded by a lot of trees. Though the wind was strong, that man could have a good rest under the trees. How comfortable the life was! One day, that man wanted to enlarge his house, so he cut down all the trees. Then the autumn came without the protection. The strong wind blew the roof of the house into the sky. The whole house was gone with the wind. What a pity! But that’s the price people have to pay for destroying in the ecology balance. People shouldn’t be short-sighted. Protecting the environment is everyone’s task.

　　As you know, there are four kinds of pollution. They are air pollution, water pollution, waste pollution and noise pollution. But what can we do to solve the pollution? I think, firstly, we can make cars that don’t pollute the environment. We can ask companies to use modern clean technology. In some big cities, we can limit the number of cars. Secondly, we can try to use less water and make sure that we do not pollute the water. We can tell factories that they are not allowed to pour waste water into the lakes and rivers. Thirdly, we should not throw rubbish in parks and cities. We can pick up rubbish if we see it. We can put more rubbish bins in our parks and cities. Fourthly, we can live far from the noise and make the laws to limit the noise.

　　The air, water and the whole atmosphere directly influenced our lives, such as the air, people may cough and it will lead to cancer. So we must try our best to keep the world clean and tidy. To reach it, I want to put forward three points to everybody---Point 1: don’t spit and liter; Point 2: don’t draw on the wall; Point 3: clean the streets every day.

　　In order to make the environment clean, let’s join our hands together to make the world better.

　　I like travelling on may own not only because it costs much less but because it gives a great degree of independence and freedom. Travelling on my own，I'm my own boss; and can decide when to start on my way，where to linger a little longer and which spot can be skipped over to save energy or time for another spot. I can always adjust my plan. On the contrary，in a package tour you're deprived of as much freedom as in a military base. At the sound of the whistle，you have to jump up from a sound sleep and，with heavy-lidded eyes，hurry to the gathering place where you are collected and counted to board a coach. At the sight of the little flag waving，you must immediately take yourself away from the scenes you are marveling at and follow the guide whose sole interest is to cover all spots according to him strict schedule，regardless of the weather or your health condition.

　　True，you may encounter inconveniences if you travel inpidually，for instance，getting accommodations for the night and finding a place for meals. But nothing can be compared with the freedom which is vital to a person who takes a holiday trip mainly to escape from constraints of his routine life.

　　as we know, you have to learn how to fly much more independently instead of under your parents’ considerate protection when you get into college, which also means you will come across enormous questions that should be solved by yourself. from my point of view, those main problems can fall into three parts.

　　first of all, the complicated relationship. for one thing, you have to know how cultural differences function in your relationship and respect them. in addition, college students spend less time studying together owing to different courses’ choosing, which requires us to devote more energy to building relationship. for the other thing, it is also vital to communicate with your parents often by using mobile phones or other tools.

　　secondly, the temptations. the college serves us a more relaxed environment mixed with other temptations such as the internet, alcohols and so on. what’s more, the college teachers won’t compel you to study like before, you doze off or play cell phone in class, and you flee up the morning class because you get up too late. such too frequent behaviors will cripple your passion and enthusiasm towards life, so it is essential for us to resist these temptations and insist pursuing our own goals.

　　thirdly, the balance between study and work. most of us will choose to take a part time job to earn the extra money or just to exercise ourselves. but it is significant to keep a relatively balanced relationship between them since i always regard the study as our main task, so my principle is adjusting work to follow the schedule of study.

　　in conclusion, whatever issues we meet or miseries we suffer from, confront the hash reality head on, what we can do is remembering the past, living in the present and looking forward to the future.

　　三、广大旅游业者要在提升x公民旅游文明素质行动中做出榜样，起到带头作用，在旅游活动中做好示范文明和礼仪引导，积极推广文明旅游知识，对游客进行文明礼仪教育，及时提醒和制止游客的不文明行为。

　　让我们广大文明旅游者携起手来，提升旅游文明素质，从我做起，从现在做起，从点滴做起，共创文明旅游的良好氛围，做文明和友谊的旅游者！

　　“文明就是要造就有修养的人。”这是罗斯金叔叔说过的一句话，可是，多少人能做到文明呢？

　　暑假，我们一家人去武夷山旅游。那里的风景美丽极了，小河干净得如同一块巨大的玻璃，清可见底，四周除了小河的流水声，一点儿吵杂的声音都没有。我在河边漫步，碧绿的河水看让人赏心悦目。忽然，我发现水中出现了一个白色的东西——白色的纸船，它慢慢地从远处飘来，给整条河带了一丝不违和感，破坏了它的自然美。我连忙拾起它，紧接着，从河的上流又漂来了数只小船，其中还有几个漂浮的塑料瓶，我捡起它们，扔进了垃圾箱里，心想：这些垃圾是从哪里漂过来的啊？我抵挡不住心中的好奇，一步一步往漂来垃圾的上流走去，走着走着，两个大约五六岁的孩子和他们的“船”赫然出现在我眼前，我连忙上前阻止了他们，并提醒他们垃圾给小河带来怎样的污染。虽然他们起初还不太明白自己造小船有什么错，但是听了我的话以后，他们一下子明白了，红着脸，羞愧难当地捡起他们的造船工具，扔进垃圾桶……

　　我迈着轻快的步伐，安静地享受着小河美妙的歌声。突然，一阵吵杂声传入耳中，那声音大得不得了，如雷贯耳，仿佛一把大锤给人当头一棒。我站在原地，捂着耳朵，看见一个叔叔在前方徘徊着，他手里拿着手机，放在耳旁，嘴张得老大，似乎是在跟电话那头的人吵架，嘴里还时不时冒出一些脏话。周围的人都被这吵杂声震住。电话那头的人突然挂断了电话，那位叔叔听见“嘟”的一声，自言自语，骂得更凶了：“喂，喂！……竟然挂我电话！可恶的家伙！”游客们都听不下去了，有人喊：“你能不能安静点，别这么大声地嚷嚷，你想想别人的感受了吗？”周围的游客们都向他夺去了异样的眼光。

　　见到了那两件事儿，我越发感觉到文明的重要性，要是全世界的人都文明了，那世界该多么美好啊！我向全世界呼吁：文明旅游，从我做起，就像罗斯金叔叔说的那样，我们都做个有修养的人吧！

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：

　　上海迪士尼乐园尚未开园，灯杆上就已经被人刻下“到此一游”；广州市人民公园垃圾随处可见；郑州黄河风景区内景观被当做垃圾桶使用……刚刚过去的“五一”小长假，不文明旅*为再次成为舆论关注的话题。这些新闻再次提醒我们，旅游文明的修炼任重道远。

　　一面是不文明行为屡禁不绝，一面是旅*业井喷发展。20__年，我国国内旅游突破40亿人次，旅游收入过4万亿元人民币，出境旅游1。2亿人次。随着我国经济持续快速发展和居民收入稳步增加，旅游休闲已经成为居民生活的重要内容。在巨大的人口基数面前，即便是少部分人的不文明行为也会产生极大的不良影响。

　　*年来，为了革除不文明旅游陋*，各部门联手作出相当大的努力。从设立“游客黑名单”到开通“12301”服务热线，从节前发布旅游提示到景区成立巡逻队，不文明旅*为得到一定的遏制。然而，刻“到此一游”等陋*屡禁不绝，表明文明素养尚未内化为全民的自觉行动。在这种背景下，综合利用处罚、曝光、与公民信用记录挂钩等手段，加大对不文明旅*为的惩戒力度刻不容缓。

　　去年以来，民航部门针对旅客的不文明行为尝试乘机“黑名单”制，取得一定效果。此外，自去年4月6日施行《游客不文明记录管理暂行办法》以来，已有多名游客被列入“黑名单”。不可否认，各种“黑名单”制度提高了不文明旅*为的“道德成本”，但尚未形成足够的震慑力。对严重的不文明旅*为，止于批评教育和旅游、乘机行为限制，如同“罚酒三杯”，难言惩戒。

　　遏制不文明行为，与公民诚信记录挂钩是四两拨千斤的巧招，可以大大提高对不文明旅*为的惩戒力度。当然，在这一过程中，既要维护好旅游者正当消费权益，也要形成对严重不文明行为的震慑。如何把握好尺度，这需要相关部门遵循程序正义和相关法规，并广泛吸纳民意。长远看，只有建立对不文明旅*为系统的惩戒制度，加大公开曝光、引入道德约束、用足诚信杠杆，才能以强有力的制度约束倒逼形成文明旅游的良好氛围。

　　旅游，是很多人爱做的事，偶尔抽出一两天时间去到别的地方欣赏风景，让自己得到全身心的放松，缓解压力。

　　然而，在别人享受快乐时光时，你有没有给别人留下一个美好的印象呢？

　　每个人都知道文明就是要礼礼貌貌的，要守规则，可是在我玩的时候，有些人就有了很多文明的行为。

各位领导、各位同事：

　　当我未登上这个讲台之前我意识到，我院的改革已经驶入快东首，即使你不曾参加竞聘演讲。也会被这跃跃之心、烈烈之情所吸引，所感染、拥护、支持、参与、投身改革是我院每个教职工的共同心声和光荣使命。借此机会向多年来一直关心、支持、帮我的各位领导表示诚挚的谢意。我叫xx，今年34岁，大专学历。20xx年4月参加作，先后在公司办公室从事档案管理、统计员、文员工作；20xx年4月至20xx年4月在公司财务部任出纳员，之后在人事部工作至今。

　　今天我能站到这里进行竞职演讲我感到非常高兴，有两个方面的原因，第一，我获得了第二次生命，两个月以前我因胆囊结石引发急性重症胰腺炎、弥漫性腹膜炎、胸膜炎，生命极度垂危，经过*两个月的治疗和手术，我终于挺了过来，我为我重获新生感到高兴；第二，从之前公司经理层领导班子的选举到此次中层骨干的选拔，充分展示了公司高层领导在用人机制上的睿智，重视民意、体察民情，体现了在人才选拔过程当中的`公开、公*、公正的原则，俗话说得好“得民心者得天下”，我相信通过这种民主方式选出的管理层将会为公司的进一步发展带来新的希望和动力。我更是为此而感到非常高兴。

　　今天我竞聘的职位是旅游开发公司筹备组组长一职。

　　目前公司旅游开发带来的经济收入仅靠招待房费和会议室租用费两项来源，收入甚微，如何增加公司旅游产业开发带来的经济效益和扩大社会效应，如何宣传推广策划将夷望溪流域原生态的旅游资源全方位推向全市乃至全省，将夷望溪流域原生态旅游产业融入桃花源风景区沅水风光带乃至整个大湘西旅游经济协作区，这就是目前公司旅游开发所所面临的机遇和挑战。公司旅游开发要争取更大的发展空间成立旅游开发公司已是势在必行。当然这是一项伟大而复杂的系统工程，对于旅游开发公司开发筹备组的每一个成员来讲任重而道远。

　　认真细致、严谨、不惧困难是我对工作的要求；待人真诚、守信用是我做人的原则；“待人至真至诚、服务尽善尽美”是我对旅游服务行业理念的追求。正是因为我的第二次生命来之不易，无论此次竞聘的结果成功与否，我会珍惜现在拥有的一切，勤奋务实地做好本职工作,为公司的发展贡献自己的力量。

　　Hello everyone! My name is***, a student from*******college. I am glad to give you a speech about my university. The title of my speech is My college, my home.

　　Last September I left my hometown with heavy baggage and after a journey of ten hours, I came to this dream campus with great expectation and excitement.

　　I was dee* attracted by the elegant environment of our campus the moment I stepped into the university. Straight, wide roads enjoyed the shade and shelter provided by lordly, green trees. Ancient buildings of great refinement enjoyed the company of flocks of birds flying and singing overhead. Scrolls of warm welcome greeted me and volunteers with smiles came to my help. My heart was filled with warmth. Yeah, this is the place where I will spend 4 years and this place will be my home!

　　Whenever I recall the past days, so many thoughts are flooding in my mind. But what impressed me most is a night when I got a stomachache during the first days. I had to turn to the aunts in charge of our dormitory for help. They were so friendly and warm-hearted. They gave me the pills and reminded me of having more hot water. I recovered soon and I thanked them from the bottom of my heart because they brought me the warmth of home.

　　Our university is a famous academic center. The teaching staff are all learned professors. Many of them are world-wide known for their wide range of knowledge and charming personality. I respect my teachers! I admire my teachers! I love my teachers! Various activities are carried here. They not only bring me happiness but also improve myself. I meet with a lot of classmates and make a large number of friends. When I feel upset, the will give me a hand; when I am happy, I will share with them. The library has a large collection of books and I always lose myself in it. I believe they will benefit me a lot and are to broaden the roads of my future.

　　My dear classmates，

　　I take with me the memory of Friday afternoon ACM happy hours, known not for kegs of beer, but rather bowls of rainbow sherbet punch. Over the several years that I attended these happy hours they enjoyed varying degrees of popularity, often proportional to the quality and quantity of the accompanying refreshments - but there was always the rainbow sherbert punch.

　　I take with me memories of purple parking permits, the West Campus shuttle, checking my pendaflex, over-due library books, trying to print from cec, lunches on Delmar, friends who slept in their offices, miniature golf in Lopata Hall, The Greenway Talk, division III basketball, and trying to convince Dean Russel that yet another engineering school rule should be changed.

　　Finally, I would like to conclude, not with a memory, but with some advice. What would a graduation speech be without a little advice, right? Anyway, this advice comes in the form of a verse delivered to the 1977 graduating class of Lake Forest College by Theodore Seuss Geisel, better known to the world as Dr. Seuss - Here#39;s how it goes:

　　My uncle ordered popovers from the restaurant#39;s bill of fare. And when they were served, he regarded them with a penetrating stare . . . Then he spoke great Words of Wisdom as he sat there on that chair: "To eat these things," said my uncle, "you must excercise great care. You may swallow down what#39;s solid . . . BUT . . . you must spit out the air!"

　　And . . . as you partake of the world#39;s bill of fare, that#39;s darned good advice to follow. Do a lot of spitting out the hot air. And be careful what you swallow.

　　The Story of My Pet

　　Good afternoon! My name is Alice. Today I will tell you a story about my pet.

　　My pet, named Diandian, is a white cat with two black spots on its forehead. I brought it into my family from a street-side market two years ago. At that time, it looked small and thin. I fed it with milk and cat food. With time going, Diandian grew up, and we became good friends. Every afternoon when I was back from school, it always welcomed me on the doorway.

　　The most interesting thing was to play games with Diandian in my spare time. We played hide-and-seek. I hid myself hehind the door, then put my hand out of the doorframe to grasp Diandian’s eyes. While it saw my hand, Diandian first stared at my hand for a moment, and then jumped high to catch. Of course, I draw back my hand very quickly. I won the game every time. Diandian never succeeded, but never gave up.

　　Diandian was like a naughty boy. It always ran up and down, jumping from floor to chair, and to tabletop. Sometimes, it broke glass, vase and even goldfish vat. When summer coming, Diandian lost hair heavily. The small white hair is not easy to clean. All these made my mother unhappy.

　　On last summer holiday, we visited my grandma in Jiangsu Province taking with Diandian. My mother decided to leave Diandian there. I felt sadly without Diandian. I often called my grandma to know how it was going. Diandian learnt new knowledges there, like climbing tree, eating real fish and so on. Afterwards, grandma told me that Diandian was lost. We don’t know where it is now. I miss Diandian very much. I hope it is still alive.

　　21世纪，旅游业已成为我国新的国民经济增长点之一。旅游经济时代的到来，也给山区镇乡经济发展带来了一个新的机遇。XX镇要拓展农民增收的新渠道，需要以此为契机，利用当地的资源优势，抢抓机遇，加快发展，以生态旅游来带动农业增效、农民增收、农村发展。

　　一、发展生态旅游农业的优势

　　XX镇位于诸暨市西南部，属山区镇乡，南、西与浦江县相连，距市区中心35公里，镇域面积55*方公里。地形以丘陵为主，素有“七山一水二分田”之称，气候温暖湿润，属亚热带季风气候。经过*几年的建设、发展，全镇已拥有规模相当的效益农业和环境独特的旅游资源，为进一步开发具有区域特色的生态旅游农业提供了基础。

　　（一）绿色农业发展迅速，为生态旅游观光提供了基础。XX镇经过几年的效益农业开发，农业已形成有机茶、水果、花木为代表的效益农业，成为XX加快农业产业结构调整的排头兵。水果品种在10种以上，包括传统水果枇杷、樱桃、柿子，也有*几年从外地引进的新品种，如红石榴、黄花梨、杨梅等，素有“水果之乡”的美誉。一方特产——XX高粱酒，土称“秣秫烧”号称“江南茅台”，以其独特的色、香、味成为诸暨的历史名酒。市级示范基地有高粱专业村殿前村；樱桃专业村沈宅村。

　　（二）环境得天独厚，具有发展生态旅游农业的天然优势。XX通镇交通便捷，距金杭公路、杭金衢高速公路出口仅10公里，镇内有市级风景名胜区——汤江岩风景名胜区。从2001年开始，由市旅游投资开发公司托管，景区年接待游客达20多万人次。目前已成为“华东地区户外拓展训练基地”，“诸暨市民兵训练基地，”和“国家民俗摄影创作基地”。位于镇西2公里的边氏宗祠是省级文物保护单位，始建于清代（公元1896年），投资*百万元的宗祠花园也已完工，央视《华夏文明》栏目诸暨系列专题曾在这里摄制；同时福莲庵、云台寺等景点也各具特色，其中福莲庵为台商出资建造，规模宏大，气势非凡；位于同源村的“XX头”常年树木茂盛，品种繁多，且有美丽的传说，为XX镇镇名的出点之处；历史悠久，文化沉淀浓厚，为“浙江省民间艺术之乡”，其中棕编艺术绝无仅有，响彻海内外；另外板龙、书画、木雕等等也是独具风格。

　　（三）良好的外部环境带动着全镇生态旅游事业的快速发展。*年来，在市旅游投资总公司的努力下，诸暨市旅游经济发展态势良好，大旅游框架、大发展格局初步形成。市委市府提出的全方位、多渠道、大密度进行促销，整体包装诸暨旅游，着力打响“*优秀旅游城市”、“浣江·五泄国家重点风景名胜区”品牌，特别是今年5月，第七届五泄观瀑节开幕式在安华湖成功举行，扩大了XX旅游的知名度。通过几年的发展，全市上下对发展旅游农业的认识不断更新，工作力度不断加大，广大农民对发展旅游农业表现出极大的热情。

　　二、发展现状与成效

　　2006年，镇党委、*审时度势，按照市委、市*“坚持三个发展、奋力走在前列”的工作要求，根据XX的实际情况，因地制宜，提出了发展“生态旅游农业”创新工作思路，突出农村生活风貌和丰富的乡土文化内涵，充分挖掘农民的创造才智，保护生态环境，留住“山青、水秀、气畅、路通”的良好人居环境，使生态旅游农业得以规范、健康、快速发展，取得了明显成效。

　　（一）休闲旅游观光基地不断发展。观光农业基地快速发展，品种增多、品质提高。到目前为止，现有50亩以上观光基地30处，“金竹山庄”、“富润科技生态园”等综合性休闲山庄两处，正在规划建造的山庄基地12处，现共有果林面积4000余亩，各种水果十余种；浙江绿剑茶业公司依托良好的自然生态环境，建立千亩有机茶基地；以XX高梁酒厂为龙头的高梁酒产业，年种植规模5000余亩，年产红高梁酒600多吨。形成了外来游客在XX喝高粱酒、品绿剑茶、尝时鲜水果为主的农业观光旅游特色。

　　（二）农庄经济不断提升。集采摘、休闲、娱乐、餐饮、住宿于一体的农庄经济发展迅速，旅游业、效益农业和农庄经济三者结合程度不断提升，尝时鲜水果、品高梁美酒、游青山绿水已成为游客对XX的向往，并受到了游客的广泛好评。

　　（三）经济效益和社会效益显著增加。积极探索现代农业与旅游发展相结合的发展路子，紧紧围绕旅游业“行、游、住、食、购、娱”六大要素，依托汤江岩野外拓展基地、边村宗祠等原有景点，大力发展休闲旅游农业,取得了良好成效，今年上半年共接待游客12万多人次，总收入600余万元，创利润180余万元，解决农村剩余劳动力*两百人。

　　三、主要工作方法

　　（一）制订规划、出台政策、加强引导和宣传。

　　一是确立长远发展观念，结合这些集镇总体发展规划，与旅游局、旅游投资发展有限公司等单位合作，制订《诸暨市汤江岩景区休闲度假区详细规划》和《诸暨市汤江岩景区安华湖休闲带概念性规划》，规划总面积530公顷，涉及景区周边布谷、临江2个村（8个自然村），为发展休闲旅游业打好基础。

　　二是制订全镇观光基地总体发展规划，计划在高城头村、同兴村、三新村一带发展樱桃、枇杷基地1500亩，改造高城头、唐仁等村山地及果园2000亩。

　　三是出台激励政策，对发展观光旅游基地的行政村及农户给予每亩20元的'资金补助；开展优质水果评选活动，邀请有关专家进行评比，对获奖人员给予500—1000元的奖励。

　　四是提供各种服务，促进农民发展观光基地的积极性。利用在安华湖召开观瀑节的有利时机，举办“樱桃节”，充分利用汤江岩风景区的辐射优势，加大对休闲观光农业的宣传力度，扩大XX休闲旅游农业的知名度。

　　（二）抓观光基地建设，依托基地发展农庄经济。今年，该镇在原有30个农业观光基地的基础上，新规划建造农庄及观光基地12个，预计总投资1亿1千万元，利用荒坡山地450公顷。其中浙江伊厦房地产开发公司投资的环安华湖休闲农庄和上海中凯企业集团投资的里杭休闲山庄，预计投资均在5000万元以上，另有投资超过100万元的3家，投资20万元1家，各村开发樱桃、枇杷等基地6个*2000亩。

　　（三）实施品牌战略，促进示范特色基地发展。结合乡土特色，发展农业龙头企业，开发新特产品，创各级名牌，进一步提高XX传统农产品的品质。短柄樱桃新品种开发成功，同华樱桃基地被科技局评为科技示范基地；金竹山庄在原有水果基地的基础上，开办了农家饭店，生意兴隆；创造优惠条件，引进综合性休闲项目“富润科技生态园”；山头河70亩迪1号红李引进，今年喜获丰收；XX高梁酒厂投资10万元，与浙江大学合作开发皇浆高梁酒获得成功，攻克了技术难关，有效地提升了XX传统红高梁酒的品质，被评为绍兴市名牌产品和绍兴市绿色农产品。

　　（四）加强在技术、资金、发展思路、管理模式等方面的引导和支持。结合实际，加强农民素质培训，开办休闲旅游农业讲座、休闲农业基地建设、从来人员上岗培训等农民素质培训班，听课人数超过600人次；引导果农建立相关协会，巩固原有各类基地，发展新的水果基地，扩大规模，形成集团优势，有组织地引导游客前来观光，使原有基地低、小、散的经营格局得到了极大的改善。

　　（五）维护社会稳定，保护生态环境。采砂一直是安华湖环湖各村支柱产业，是农户的主要经济来源，但该产业严重影响了安华湖的生态环境。为改变这一现状，年初，该镇联合有关部门，对安华湖湖区实施了禁砂，经过半年努力，极大地改善了安华湖的生态环境。同时，还结合“*安XX”的创建，经常性地做好当地村民的思想工作，解决开发单位与村民之间的矛盾，营造良好的投资氛围；加大基础设施建设，上半年，投资350万元的山头河2000余亩土地整理项目通过有关部门验收；大力推进康庄工程建设，到目前为止，已实现村村通水泥道路，为进一步发展观光休闲农业打下了良好的基础。

　　阳光明媚的五月，能站在讲台上跟大家一起讨论对家乡黄果树的爱，我感到非常的荣幸，我今天演讲的题目是《黄果树，我的天堂》！

　　有一个地方她已经名传千古，她披有白色礼服，二十多年前的我就心甘情愿地成为了它的俘虏，我深深地爱上了她，我喜欢她这里的万物，它就是我的家乡，我的天堂——黄果树。

　　黄果树的风景如此的优美，你看她那雄壮的瀑布，一川银水从天而降，激起沁人的雨雾，宛若湍流万朵白云，若非您亲眼目睹，怎会相信这是大自然的杰作，我想她应该是上天赐予人类的礼物，让人们能够在这里如此的赏心悦目。

　　黄果树瀑布的美让我如此陶醉，让我怎么忍心离去。黄果树的人们让我爱得如此干脆，你们那闪耀着光辉的智慧，值得我一生的追随，你们指引着我前行的方向！

　　黄果树风景名胜区之所以成为贵州旅游的“龙头”，它离不开我们市委、市*的英明抉择，它离不开贵州最大的旅游集团——黄果树旅游集团公司多年的奋斗；离不开黄果树人民这勤劳的双手，更离不开长期支持我们的朋友。

　　×年前，我刚从××学校毕业，父母为我在北京安排了一份轻松惬意的工作，冬有暖气夏有空调，待遇也相当乐观。但是我选择了放弃，因为我离不开我深爱的家乡，我要留在我的家乡，于是我毅然选择了做一名黄果树旅游公司的讲解员，我要把我的一生献给我最美的家乡，献给我最钟爱的旅游事业！

　　“尊敬的游客朋友们，大家好！……”每天我都在重复着同样的话，一遍又一遍，也许你会问我，你不觉得厌烦吗？不！我可以肯定的告诉你，服务每一位来黄果树的游客，是我一生最大的快乐。不止是我，我身边的每一位讲解员都是如此，节假日里，本该是结伴旅游、休闲惬意的好时间，可我们讲解员却要加班加点，因为我们要为来黄果树的游客服务。我们的工作任务是给游客们作一个总体的导行，提示注意事项，把景区最美的一面展示给游客，让游客们尽兴而来，满意而归。×年了，其中经历过酸甜苦辣，好多次，我们汗流浃背想停下来喝杯水；好多次，家里的妻儿吵着让我们休假陪他们；好多次，父母生病我们却没时间照顾……。但是每到此时，作为讲解员的使命感驱使我们无从选择，因为我们知道，我们的责任是把黄果树的美传递到世界的每一个角落，让更多的人慕名而来，让我们的家乡更快的发展起来。

　　讲到此处我有点激动，我还有无限的情感要表达，但是时间是有限的，爱黄果树的不止我一个，我要把时间留给其余的讲解员们。最后，我想到了一首歌，一首我感同深受的歌——腾格尔的《天堂》。

　　大家好！我演讲的题目是《xxx》。

　　在深入主题前，我想先和大家分享一个小故事。很久以前，古老的尼泊尔喜马拉雅山南麓还是个无人问津的地方，但为什么后来会成为知名旅游胜地呢？据说这是源于一位少年的诚信。某年某月的某一天，几位日本记者请当地一位少年代买啤酒，这位少年二话没说，跑了3个多小时才把酒买回来。之后，记者给了少年更多的钱买酒。但直到第三天那个少年还没回来。正当晚上记者们议论纷纷，都以为少年把钱骗走了的时候，门被敲开了，只见那个少年气喘嘘嘘，满脸泪水，怀里还紧紧地揣着啤酒，在场的人都惊呆了。原来，少年在离村子最*的地方只买到4瓶啤酒，于是又翻了一座山，趟过一条河，用剩余的钱买了另外几瓶，不幸的是，回来的途中竟摔碎了一半儿。当他将多余的零钱交还给记者时，在场的所有人都为之动容。后来，这个故事传开了，到这儿的游客也越来越多......

　　故事说到这里，且不论它的真假性，单就人们描述这故事本身，都体现出人们对诚信的一种坚持和渴望，同时也揭示着诚信能带来意想不到的收获。故事中的少年正是因为有个诚实守信这一纯朴的道德素质，给当地带来了巨大的旅游经济效益。这无形中也告诉我们，在x旅游飞速发展，知名度日渐提高的今天，我们更应该建立诚信，不仅要在硬件上花大力气，更要在建立旅游市场软环境中下功夫。

　　在座的都知道，云南西双版纳因它发达的旅游业而闻名于世，但在x年间，因为当地过于追求经济增长效益，而忽视了诚信旅游服务，出现当地旅行社降低服务质量，增加游客购物次数等情况，于是旅游投诉增多，导致西双版纳旅游业一度低迷。而同年，同在云南省的丽江市，则因其旅*业牢牢遵守诚信原则，时时为游客着想，使得其旅游业蒸蒸日上。

　　那么，在x旅游业日益成熟，优秀旅游城市良好形象日渐深入人心的今天，我们要怎样才能不重蹈x年西双版纳旅游业的覆辙，解决旅游发展中出现的旅行社欺诈游客、收取回扣等一系列问题呢？

　　我记得，台湾著名学者南怀瑾老先生曾经说过：用自己的良知与处世标准进行自我约束与管理，才能减少自己的过失，无愧于心，自我约束是减少错误最有力的道德力量。那么，在讲求法德兼备的今天，建立诚信旅游体系，宣扬诚信道德，让诚信成为约束与管理旅游业的处世标准，无疑是建立旅游企业与游客之间和谐的一剂良药，更是整顿旅游市场，创造良好旅游软环境的最好约束机制。

　　xx年10月28日，*四十七个著名旅游城市代表们齐集昆明，并向全国旅游业界倡议：共建“诚实守信，合法经营，公*竞争，行业自律，优质服务，游客至上”的旅游诚信体系。至此，诚信旅游活动在全国展开。

　　*年来，我市也在全市范围内开展了“诚信旅游”活动，规范和整顿旅游市场。比如我们为旅游企业及其工作人员建立诚信档案，开展旅游诚信评比活动，将其所得荣誉和不诚信情况都记录在案，并定期向社会公布；为了加大旅游市场检查力度，我们会同工商、物价等部门定期不定期的进行专项检查，对违规旅游企业进行相应处罚，并向社会通报；为了防范和治理“零负团费”，鼓励市民举报以低于成本价销售旅游产品的旅行社，并以不正当竞争对其立案处理。全市各旅游企业也积极响应“诚信旅游”活动，因为他们也深知诚信在一个企业甚至在一个行业里的重要性。

　　人无信不足以立于世。我市为加快诚信旅游建设，在x旅游网站开辟旅游诚信专栏，在黄金周期间在x日报头版公布旅游投诉、咨询电话，游客有什么不满意的可以直接和旅游管理部门联系，第一时间投诉，第一时间解决。相信也只有这样才可以让我们的游客有一种放心的感觉，他们才会相信我们的服务是可靠的。目前，我市旅*业诚信文明度高，旅游投诉率低，x作为*优秀旅游城市得到了众多国内外游客的好评，大大提升了“神奇山水、名城x”的知名度。

　　于丹在讲授论语心得时说：一个人不论有多优秀，真正的成功在于内心的一种向心力，一个人内心的感受永远比他外在的业绩更加重要。”那么，我们是否可以这样理解，旅游不仅是看这山清水秀的大好山河，更在于感受一种道德精神的传承！不论旅游地方如何之美好，更重要的是一种文化和道德的渲染力！至此，我们要学*开头故事中那位替人买酒的少年，以提高旅游业自身素质为前提，完善诚信旅游机制，增强x旅游的向心力。精诚所至，金石为开。让我们在诚信保护伞下的尽情欣赏这旅游胜地之风光无限美好，体味这沧桑历史留给后人的一丝余温吧！最后，让我们共同祝愿x旅游的明天更加美好灿烂！

　　中华民族上下五千年，可谓气概磅礴，历史悠远。五千年来，祖先们用勤劳的双手垒砌起“万里长城”的奇迹，用闪光的智慧描绘出“北京故宫”的雄伟，用踏实的脚步在历史的进程中留下永不磨灭的印记。无论是自然的、人文的，还是物质的、精神的，这笔宝贵财富光鲜的背后，点缀着劳动人民不朽的光辉！是啊，山美、水美、劳动者更美，你梦、我梦、*梦更圆。我是导游——*文化的积极传播者和守护者。一个小喇叭，一面小旗子，在苏州，无论景区景点，还是大街小巷，无论枕河人家，还是庙宇寺观，您总能听到这样的声音：“一座东方水城，让世界读了25xx年；一个现代工业园用10多年的时间磨砺出超越传统的利剑；她用古典园林的精巧布局出现代经济的版图，她用双面刺绣的绝活，实现了东西方的对接……”在普通人眼里，导游，是个令人羡慕的职业，无烟、无害、年年如休闲，天天似度假。其实，导游是脑力为主，体力为辅，两者相辅相成，不可或缺，并且两手都要硬的慢工细活。仅仅依靠一张嘴，两条腿，走遍山山水水的我们，*日里就要下功夫，倘使肚中没有“墨水”，即便是剪刀嘴那也成的哑巴，倘使没有“实践出真知”的“踩点”，那最美的风景也会与你失之交臂。我们的客人来自四面八方，他们追求“美”，才会来旅游，他们享受“美”，才会请导游。旅游与游客，与景点、与旅行社，同为一家。或缺了其中一个主体，都将是不完整的旅游。而恰恰是我们导游，将这点、线、面有机串联，让游客高兴满意，让景区和单位收获效益。记得刚接触旅游这一专业，我就从课本上找寻到了自己的理想。书中说，旅游业是“朝阳产业”，导游员是“民间大使”，更提到了力争到2020年，旅游业成为国民经济的支柱产业，将*建设成为旅游强国，这使我更坚定了理想和信念。如今，自己锲而不舍的在这条慢慢长路上摸索着前进，我无比自豪，无比荣幸。终于，*年来，在导游一线不断累积实践的过程中，对于自己的职业认知和定位也渐而清晰：导游是劳动者精神世界的抹布。在竞争激烈的社会中，人们为了不同的生活而各自生活，若是身心疲倦了，在工作和生活中麻木，您可在旅游的慰藉中寻得对事物最本真的认知，您可在文化和传统的牵引下走出烟云。而我，作为导游，正恰是您的知音！导游是劳动者补充活力的能量。俗话说：“没有导游的旅游是没有灵魂的旅游。”我以为，这个“灵魂”指的就是“青春正能量”。旅游不仅能让人享受新事物，增长知识，提升阅历，还能使人摆准心态，重新定位，越活越年轻。在“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”的身行力践中，创造活力，散发魅力，点燃激情！导游是永不止步的学人。导游光会背书不行，还要会说书，光会说书也不行，还要能写书。随着游客文化层面的不断提升，客人对导游的要求也逐渐提高。因此，我除了不断累积多充电以外，还要向着某些方面深入研究，从学徒到杂家，从杂家到某一领域的专家，我计划用我的全部青春乃至一生来诠释这一命题。当然，导游本身就是劳动者。改用陶行知先生的一句话讲：我们吃自己的饭，流自己的汗，自己的事情、游客的事情、单位的事情一起干，不是巾帼，就是好汉！今年10月，*第一部旅游法即将全面实施。对于如此机遇，我们旅游人一定团结、务实、创新，用满腔热情和负责认真在建设旅游强国的道路上添砖加瓦，用我们劳动者的智慧和汗水为谱写*梦苏州篇章再添动力！*梦，劳动美，旅游因你而完整，旅游因我而精彩！

　　我是1419班的欧佳文，今天我演讲的主题是“文明出行，从我做起”。

　　生命对于我们每个人来说就只有一次，丢失了就无法挽回。它不仅仅关乎我们个人，还牵动着每一个家庭，每一个城市，乃至整个社会的心灵。文明出行在这就起着重要作用，如今穿流不息的马路不仅带给我们生活的便捷，同时也蕴含着重重危机。当美丽的生命丧失在车轮之下，亲人们的痛苦，众人的叹息你可否想象？

　　20xx年4月10日上午十点三十分，一辆载有海南澄迈县一所小学学生的客车在前往文昌旅游时发生侧翻，事故造成8名学生死亡，32人受伤其中8人重伤。据调查，当时汽车行驶的道路为正在施工的道路，不能正常使用，同时雨天路滑司机并未减速才酿成大祸。 20xx年4月，一名七岁男孩被亲人送到车站后，为追赶公交车，才跑出几步就被一两疾驶而来的翻斗车撞倒，当场死亡。

　　这一起起悲惨的事件让我们震撼。据统计，*每年交通安全事故高达50万起，因交通安全事故死亡人数均超过10万，相当于一个小型县，居世界第一。数据表明，每五分钟就有一人丧身车轮，每年因交通事故造成的经济损失达数百亿元。

　　这一些数字让我们触目惊心，警钟也次次在我们的耳边敲响，横穿马路，闯红绿灯，在马路上接听手机等行为所造成的后果我们难以想象。我们决不能坐以待毙！
