　　原因研讨

　　当代大学生本应该是国民表率，社会栋梁，但却依然表现出与实际知识水*不相称的道德水准，不得不引起我们的反思。这不禁使我想起司马迁在《资治通鉴》中曾提到：才者，德之资也，德者，才之帅也，是故才德全尽，谓之圣人，才德兼亡，谓之愚人，德胜才，谓之君子，才胜德，谓之小人。造成当今大学生社会公德缺失的原因是多方面的复杂的，我们可以从以下几个方面去把握：

　　社会的多元化

　　目前*正处于社会转型期，社会文化呈现多元化趋势。社会多元化导致大学生对于社会公德的认识有向碎片化发展的倾向。尤其是市场经济所带来的个人主义，拜金主义的影响，更是对广大正在由青年人向成年人转变的大学生产生了侵蚀和动摇。同时我们注意到随着互联网的普及，形形色色的价值观念融入大学生生活中，大量的*一切向钱看宁愿坐在宝马里哭，也不坐在自行车上笑冲击着大学生的道德底线，在他们成长过程中产生不健康的心理预设。

　　家庭教育观念陈旧

　　在*家庭中，家长大都抱着学而优则仕的封建思想，寄希望于孩子能通过上大学，找好工作来光宗耀祖。很少甚至没有家长把真正提高孩子自身的道德修养才作为教育的最终目标。另一方面生活上父母的大包大揽，使得大多数学生成了只会学*的工具，缺乏道德养成的机会。再由于独生子女政策，使父母给予孩子太多的爱，造成大学生思想的不够成熟，最终可能酿成大祸。马卡连柯曾说过：父母对于自己的孩子爱不够，子女会感到痛苦。但过多的溺爱虽然是伟大的感情却会使子女遭到毁灭。

　　一直以来都存在着家庭教育与学校教育相悖的情况。这种现象使广大学生在思想上产生困惑。如，面对暴力行为，学校教育要求学生要勇于与恶势力斗争，而家庭教育则要求孩子知难而退，明哲保身，这样的结果是无论大学生怎样做，都不能得到整个社会的共同认可。而对于青年人来说，得到社会各层的认可是十分重要的激励，所以这就要求我们不仅要对广大学生灌输正确的社会公德思想，也要对广大家长们输入正确的理念，带动整个社会公德意识的提高。

　　优化社会环境，为提高大学生社会公德意识提供良好的社会环境

　　当代大学生社会公德的滑坡，与当下社会存在着大量不正之风有密切的关系。现象，网络上抨击社会的言论，没有道德底线的娱乐节目和八卦新闻，都对当代大学生产生了极为不好的影响。作为媒体人和娱乐人，应该树立先进的典型，传递正能量。如*几年央视的《感动*》节目就对全国人民，特别是大学生产生了积极的影响。笔者认为应该多多弘扬先进感人的事件，而不是去大肆宣传负面消息，这样才能真正起到媒体应有的作用，将社会风气向积极健康的方面引导。

　　健全奖惩机制，真正做到奖罚分明，扶正压邪

　　本次社会公德问卷调查我们第五小组共发放问卷105份，回收103份，有效问卷103份，回收率为98.1%。其中男士52份，占50.5%，女士51份，占49.5%。通过对回收问卷的统计、分析、计算，我们对数字进行处理并进行以下书面说明。

　　在文明礼貌方面，被接受调查的民众中，认为文明礼貌在现实生活中重要的占99.02%，其中98.1%的民众认为自己*时做到对别人讲文明，有礼貌。但是当问及您*时会不会说脏话和粗话时，8.74%的民众表示会说，33%的民众表示不会说，58.3%的民众表示偶尔会说。另外就*时见到师长会不会主动问好方面，81.6%的民众都表示会主动问好。在文明礼貌方面相对做的不好的就是脏话和粗话方面，其他方面也还带进一步的提高!

　　在保护环境方面，只有22.3%的民众认为自己的环境保护意识强，75.7%的民众表示自己的环境保护意识只是一般，甚至还有1.9%的人表示自己基本没有任何环境保护意识。在公共场合，还有6.8%的民众表示会乱扔垃圾，偶尔会会乱扔的民众也还高达38.8%，只有54.4%的民众在公共场合是不会乱扔垃圾的。民众针对我国的环境保护做得怎么样的问题，普遍都认为不好，其中，69.9%的民众认为做得一般，24.3%民众表示做得很差。在垃圾处理问题上，68%的民众表示都是直接就倾倒了，会分类在处理的民众只占1/3。就当今我国的保护环境问题，已经是一个相当严峻的问题。，保护环境是必要且重要的。对于我们每个人也是一样。也许微不足道，但是每个人的努力会汇成全人类的努力，凭借着等同于征服自然的信心，来还自然环境一份清白。

　　在遵纪守法方面，调查显示，仅有41.7%民众做到从来不闯红灯，绝大多数民众都会不同程度的闯红灯。在提到道德对公民的制约作用时，只有33%的民众认为道德规范对民众的制约作用很大，绝大多数的民众都表示道德本身的作用应该是很大的，但是在当今谁会，它的作用不大，甚至还有0.97%的民众认为道德对公民没有作用。在公共场合，61.2%的民众表示不会插队，6.8%的民众有时会插队，4.9%的民众经常插队，27.2%的民众表示会偶尔插队。在生活中，完全做到学法、知法、守法、用法的民众仅占17.5%，绝大部分民众表示不完全做到，甚至还有0.97%的民众表示自己完全没做到。就遵纪守法方面而言，从调查数据上来看，我们这方面确实存在许多的问题。

　　通过此次的问卷调查，我们对当今的社会公德意识有了一定的理解。从调查中可以看出，当今民众大部分都不具有较强的社会公德意识，对社会公德的五个主要内容(文明礼貌，助人为乐，爱护公物，保护环境，遵纪守法)都存在一定的问题，大部分民众都还不能够意识到加强社会公德的重要性。特别是面对一些社会中的不良现象时，能够主动指出并制止的为数甚少，大多数民众仅能做到自律，而在社会责任感方面有待提高，在实际行动上，还需进一步加强。

　　在五千年源远流长的历史文化长河中，礼即公德，《论语》中孔子告诉世人不学礼，无以立简简单单几个字，足以说明公德的重要性。作为当代大学生的我们，更应该关注社会公德问题，拥有一颗公德心，亲身力行成为社会公德的实践者。随着我国社会主义经济和现代化进程的不断发展，社会公德教育与道德建设的核心内容，已经成为当前影响经济和社会和谐发展的一个不容忽视的问题。当今社会物质财富正在极大地丰富人们的生活，但却在一定程度上贫乏了我们的精神世界。当然，目前虽然存在着一些不尽人意甚至令人担忧的现象，但是，社会公德总体上是好的，相信在不久的将来，人民的精神财富也能像物质财富一样不断丰富。

　　总之，我们还应该清醒地认识到，社会公德是整个民族的艰巨工程。单独依靠一个教师、一所学校亦或是某个地区是无法完成历史重托和社会所赋予的重任的。这需要全体民众共同投身于社会公德的建设中去，更需要*发挥其巨大的引导作用，这既是对中华民族五千年灿烂文化的继承和发展，更是为我们的子孙后代继续创造这笔巨大而宝贵的精神财富。

　　尊老爱幼，助人为乐，拾金不昧等这些传统美德深深的影响着一代又一代的中华儿女。当然，我们也应当用与时俱进的眼光来看待社会公德，比如在当今社会，保护环境就应当成为每一个人的必修课。

　　环境保护并不是一个新鲜的话题，但是现如今却成为我们国家的头等大事。不可否认，环境保护是一个庞大的、系统性的工程，关系着千千万万人的命运，所以，这也需要所有人的配合与努力。我们知道，人类只有一个地球，地球已经存在了几十亿年，但是它非常脆弱，现在更是受到各种灾难的威胁：水污染、空气污染、江河断流等等。看看98年的洪水和去年的海啸吧，我们就会知道，地球其实已经千疮百孔。如果有那么一天，地球不堪重负，我们的命运又将何去何从呢？毫无疑问，我们别无选择，只有死路一条。所以，作为地球上的一员，我们不能仅仅担忧和抱怨，而必须加紧行动，像爱护我们的眼睛一样爱护我们的地球。那么我们应该怎么做呢？

　　首先，我们应该尽量少用或不用一次性的用品：一次性筷子，一次性牙刷等等。虽然这些物品给我们带来了短暂的便利，却使生态环境付出了高昂的代价。

　　其次，我们应当节约资源，减少污染。具体来说就是，节约用水，节约用电，不乱扔垃圾，同时注意回收和循环再利用等等。只有这样，我们才不会透支我们有限的资源，才不会给我们自己和我们的后代留下遗憾。

　　然后，我们应当学会保护动物，保护植物，与其他生物和*相处。因为，其他生物也是地球上巨大生物链上的一个重要环节，缺少了它们，我们的生活也将受到影响！

　　所以，在这里，我要呼吁，爱护地球，爱护环境吧。这是我们每个人的责任！而且也应该是社会公德或者个人修养的必修课。只有爱护环境，才会被人们所尊重；否则就会被人们所唾弃，成为历史的罪人！

　　大家好！

　　今天要讲的'题目是：社会的公共道德。

　　社会公共道德的主要内容包括：文明礼貌、保护环境、遵纪守法等等。它涵盖了人与人、人与社会、人与自然之间的关系。它的主要作用，一是追求个人道德完善，一是维护公众利益、公共秩序。

　　说到公共道德，我想起了我们学校师生对广西隆安县古潭乡中学的对口扶贫行动，资助贫困的同龄人完成学业，这不正是良好的社会公德的体现么？

　　再看一个外国的例子。

　　有一次，列宁同志下楼，在楼梯狭窄的过道上，正碰见一个女工端着一盆水上楼。那女工一看是列宁，就要退回去给让路。列宁阻止她说："不必这样，你端着东西已走了半截，而我现在空着手，请你先过去吧！"他把"请"字说得很响亮，很亲切。然后自己紧靠着墙，让女工上楼了，他才下楼。这不也是良好社会公德的体现么？

　　我这里不想过多地举伟人的例子，因为这很容易令大家产生一种错觉：认为道德只是伟人、名人才具备，那么我们将无需为自己或多或少的不道德言行而愧疚；或者认为即使践行了道德的要求，也并不因之成为伟人、名人。我们不但要有讲道德的大人物，我们更需要一群有道德的民众。

　　一个社会的公共道德水*，可以折射出一个社会一个国家的文明程度，一个人如果不遵守社会道德，小的会影响自身形象，大的会影响国家声誉。在清朝的时候，清朝大臣李鸿章出使俄国，在一公开场合，恶*发作，随地吐了一口痰，被外国记者大加渲染、嘲弄，丢尽了*人的脸。这是一个不遵守社会公德的历史教训。

　　公共道德是社会意识的一种体现，而公共道德又建立在个人的道德修养水*之上。试想一下，如果有人不注重自身的道德修养，他会有良好的公共道德吗？不会！个人道德修养是根、是本。人要有良好的公共道德，必先从自身做起，从身边做起。所以鲁迅先生说："*欲存争于天下，其首在立人，人立而后凡事举。""立人"的意思便是要完善人的思想和道德修养。

　　人的道德修养并不是与生俱来的，而是靠后天不断完善的。要完善个人修养，首先要致力于读书求学，完善自身的认知水*；认知到达一定水*，就有了明辨是非的能力；有了分辨是非善恶的能力，就要端正自身的心态，不违背自己的良知，努力使自己的一言一行都符合道德的标准，自己的修养便得到完善。这就是古人所说的：格物、致知、诚意、正心、修身。完善个人道德修养，便有了推进社会公共道德的基础。

　　而一个社会的道德氛围对他的民众亦有莫大的影响。为什么这么讲呢？相信有的同学去过欧洲或日本，就很有亲身体会。大的不说，只看看过马路这样的小事。只要亮起红灯，纵使马路一辆车都没有，外国人绝不过马路。他们认为这是必须遵守的公共道德。试问，在如此的氛围中，有谁会肆无忌惮地冲红灯呢？这就是社会氛围的力量所在。但再想一想，如果我们不是从自身做起，这社会氛围又从何而来呢？

　　有记者访问一个获得诺贝尔奖的科学家，"教授，您人生最重要的东西是在哪儿学到的呢？"，"在幼儿园。在那里，我学到了令我终身受益的东西，比如说，有好东西要与朋友分享、要谦让、吃饭前要洗手……"我们完善自己的道德修养也是一样，并非一定要有什么了不起的举措，而是要从身边吃饭、洗手这些小事做起。养成文明的*惯，使文明的观念从意识层次进入无意识层次，使文明贯穿我们的一举一动。

　　我们从小接受社会公共道德的教育，很多同学都可以滔滔不绝地大谈社会公德。可是看见校园中随处丢弃的饭盒、饮料瓶，听着某些同学口中吐出的脏话，怎能不教人痛心疾首呢！难道我们都是"语言的巨人，行动的矮子"么？明代大学者王守仁说"知是行的主意，行是知的功夫；知是行之始，行是知之成；知和行是一个本体、一个功夫。知而不行，只是未知。"我们接受社会公共道德教育，自己却吝于履行、甚至反其道而行之，这跟从来没有接受社会公共道德教育有什么区别！所以我们要实践社会公共道德，就要从这"知行合一"上下功夫、从自己的坐言起行上下功夫，就要告别不文明的行为。

　　我们不必埋怨这个社会的公共道德水*不高；不必怨艾自己的力量太单薄，对社会的影响不大。试想一下，面包里的酵母不是很少吗？可是，单凭这一点酵母，不是就把面包发起来了么。

　　我们每一位同学都应该做这个时代的酵母，让自己的酵素，在这个社会起到应有的作用。

　　道德是一个多么美好的词，道德高尚的人是多么令人景仰啊！有一次我遇到了一件这样的事情。

　　那是一个炎热的夏天，我上完课外补*班，背着沉甸甸的书包急急忙忙往车站走，希望早点到家。真是天遂人愿，很快就来了一辆车，我赶忙上了车，一看还有一个空座，高兴地坐下了，心想：太好了，这下可以歇歇了，否则，这么热的天，背着个大书包，站在这摇摆不定的车厢里，真是活受罪呀。往前看，在我前面坐的是一个大概正在读高中的大哥哥，只见他把自己的大书包放在另一个空座位上，并戴上耳机逍遥自在地听音乐呢。

　　车很快到了下一站，一下子上来了好多人，我顿时感到一股热气往身上涌，只见一位白发苍苍的老奶奶拄着拐杖，艰难的走在人群中，这时，车上的座位都已经坐满了。老奶奶好不容易挪到到那个大哥哥面前，看见还有一个没坐人的座位，说：“同学，能把你的书包拿开吗？”大哥哥瞪了老奶奶一眼，装着没听见，竟然还闭上了眼睛，继续听他的音乐。旁边有人看不下去了，劝说道：“同学，书包是不能占座位的，快让给老奶奶坐吧！”这位大哥哥听了仍毫无傀色地说；“这个座位是我占的，我愿意给我的书包坐，你管的着吗？”老奶奶楞住了，车厢里的人都无可奈何地摇着头，有人在说：“现在的孩子怎么这么自私？都学了些什么呀？”看了这一切，我气愤极了，立刻站了起来说：“老奶奶，你坐我这吧！”老奶奶连声说：“谢谢，谢谢！”旁边的人都向我投来赞许的目光。

　　事后我总在想，书包也能占一个座位吗？如果人人都像大哥哥这样自私，不讲社会公德，那么，我们的社会将会是什么样子呢？一定是一个冷冰冰的荒漠！

　　社会公德在我们的社会中是必不可少的，让我们一起携手共创美好的公德社会吧！

　　你有公德心吗？你有注意保护环境吗？

　　在丰富多彩的日常生活中，我们经常可以看到：有的人为了一时痛快，把令人恶心的痰随意地吐在地上。有的人为了省走几步路，随意往整洁的街道上倒令人反胃的垃圾。有的人为了省事，把臭气熏天的污水往清澈的河里倒。有的人在深更半夜不顾影响他人休息，大声吆喝划拳行令。有的人在整洁的墙壁上乱贴花花绿绿的小广告……他们这种不道德的行为严重破坏了人们的生活环境！

　　这些人缺乏公德心！假如不是，为什么不在自己家里漂亮的墙上，贴五颜六色的图画？为什么不在自己家里随意堆放五花八门的垃圾？为什么不把招蝇惹蚊的污水排放到自己家让苍蝇满天飞？为什么……不会，他们绝对不会，因为这是他们自己的家。

　　我相信，假如看到垃圾堆放在你走过的路上，假如看到河里原本清澈的河水被肆无忌惮排放的污水污染，假如踩到别人扔在地上的果皮，假如一大早就被高音喇叭吵得无法安宁，假如……你肯定会说：“这些人的公德心都喂狗了！”其实，每个人都需要一个良好的生活环境，你说，是吗？

　　要保护良好的生活环境，首先要在每个人的心中建立起公德心，也就是说，要把社会当成一个大家庭，当成自己的家！假如这样，每个人都会自觉地、尽力地维护这个“家”的美丽，你不用担心踩到西瓜皮而摔得四脚朝天，你不再闻到整洁的街道上垃圾的恶臭，你不再看到河里流着臭气熏天的污水……

　　公德心与环境保护是息息相关的，希望人人都树立起公德心，共同保护我们的生活环境！
