　　Protect the Environment, Protect Ourselves

　　Good afternoon, my honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen and fellow contestants:

　　I feel so happy to have the chance to make a speech. The title of my speech is Protect the Environment, Protect Ourselves. I hope you will like it.

　　Everybody knows waste paper and used coke cans are discarded everywhere. You might have seen plastic bags flying in the sky and getting caught in the trees when the wind blows or maybe you have seen old cans floating in the rivers and polluting the water. Our environment is the place in which we live, but it is being ruined by us.

　　There is a story about house and trees. It is said that a man’s house was surrounded by a lot of trees. Though the wind was strong, that man could have a good rest under the trees. How comfortable the life was! One day, that man wanted to enlarge his house, so he cut down all the trees. Then the autumn came without the protection. The strong wind blew the roof of the house into the sky. The whole house was gone with the wind. What a pity! But that’s the price people have to pay for destroying in the ecology balance. People shouldn’t be short-sighted. Protecting the environment is everyone’s task.

　　As you know, there are four kinds of pollution. They are air pollution, water pollution, waste pollution and noise pollution. But what can we do to solve the pollution? I think, firstly, we can make cars that don’t pollute the environment. We can ask companies to use modern clean technology. In some big cities, we can limit the number of cars. Secondly, we can try to use less water and make sure that we do not pollute the water. We can tell factories that they are not allowed to pour waste water into the lakes and rivers. Thirdly, we should not throw rubbish in parks and cities. We can pick up rubbish if we see it. We can put more rubbish bins in our parks and cities. Fourthly, we can live far from the noise and make the laws to limit the noise.

　　The air, water and the whole atmosphere directly influenced our lives, such as the air, people may cough and it will lead to cancer. So we must try our best to keep the world clean and tidy. To reach it, I want to put forward three points to everybody---Point 1: don’t spit and liter; Point 2: don’t draw on the wall; Point 3: clean the streets every day.

　　In order to make the environment clean, let’s join our hands together to make the world better.

　　The Story of My Pet

　　Good afternoon! My name is Alice. Today I will tell you a story about my pet.

　　My pet, named Diandian, is a white cat with two black spots on its forehead. I brought it into my family from a street-side market two years ago. At that time, it looked small and thin. I fed it with milk and cat food. With time going, Diandian grew up, and we became good friends. Every afternoon when I was back from school, it always welcomed me on the doorway.

　　The most interesting thing was to play games with Diandian in my spare time. We played hide-and-seek. I hid myself hehind the door, then put my hand out of the doorframe to grasp Diandian’s eyes. While it saw my hand, Diandian first stared at my hand for a moment, and then jumped high to catch. Of course, I draw back my hand very quickly. I won the game every time. Diandian never succeeded, but never gave up.

　　Diandian was like a naughty boy. It always ran up and down, jumping from floor to chair, and to tabletop. Sometimes, it broke glass, vase and even goldfish vat. When summer coming, Diandian lost hair heavily. The small white hair is not easy to clean. All these made my mother unhappy.

　　On last summer holiday, we visited my grandma in Jiangsu Province taking with Diandian. My mother decided to leave Diandian there. I felt sadly without Diandian. I often called my grandma to know how it was going. Diandian learnt new knowledges there, like climbing tree, eating real fish and so on. Afterwards, grandma told me that Diandian was lost. We don’t know where it is now. I miss Diandian very much. I hope it is still alive.

我与军训主题演讲稿

　　因为初中的一次阳光少年活动，让我觉得高中军训也会像初中一样那么简单。可是事实告诉我，我错了。高中的军训没有像初中那么的放纵，需要服从更多了指令，需要学*更多的军人的意识。

　　开学的第2天我们就开始了军训，学校的地方够大，所以在学校军训。当我早上起床后穿上迷彩服带上腰带，穿上**鞋，我觉得自己真的成了一名人民***。迅速的吃完早饭，在向教学楼走去的时候一股男子汉的气概油然而生，觉得浑身都是使不完的劲儿。

　　接下来的动员大会宣告我们的军训正式开始。华一学子，威武之师，从**台上的领导们讲话中听出了对我们进行赞扬，也听出了对我们的期望。顿时心中充满了热血，心中下定决心一定要不辜负领导的希望，好好参加军训。

　　给我们训练的教官是一个姓李的较为年轻的教官，他身材不高，普通话中带着点地方的味道。但是脸上充满了严肃与认真……教官在军训的时候对我们的要求还是很高的。只要大家不努力，他就会批评我们；只要大家动作不规范，他就会一而再，再而三地示范给我们看。教官想让我们训练的更好，有时候还会利用休息的时间给我们加训。

　　首先我们开展的是站军姿，目光前视，额头稍抬，肩膀挺直，双手并拢贴在裤子中分线上，双脚呈60度，站军姿10分钟。在炎炎的酷暑之下，我们开始了军姿，开始的几分钟，觉得只是全身有点酸。但是越往后面走越来越发现手上的血液不循环，导致的手臂麻木，脚掌也开始微微泛疼，头上的额头开始不断的流汗。想着自己穿着军装，作为一个人民***，是不应该对着困难低头的。所以坚持下来了。接下来是学*军人的立正、转身、敬礼是走正步，走齐步。经过5天的军训，在一二一的口号中，我们学会了我们每个人的努力，都会使这个方队更加的整齐。训练的每一个动作，都让我深深地体会到了团结的`力量，合作的力量，以及团队精神的重要，这些也会为我们将来的24班增添团结元素。

　　我们班的班主任张老师在身边一直陪着我们，张老师的年龄已经不小了，但是依然站在太阳地下陪同着我们一同训练，还时不时的给我们鼓励。所以大家都非常的喜欢张老师。

　　青春是人生一道洒满阳光的风景，是一首用热情和智慧唱响的赞歌。

　　各位校友：

　　“大家好！我很荣幸站在这里。我首先声明，我并没有什么资格对大家进行说教，我也没有好的学*方法和大家分享，我只希望把我心里对某一问题的看法与大家交流一下。我不奢望引起共鸣，但希望能给大家带来些许启发！” 选用这个标题，突然觉得对于它的内容很难做好把握。那么想到哪里就说到哪里吧。这点也正如同生活一样，谁都无法知道生活在明天是不是就停止不前，梦想是不是就在现实生活压迫下，无法做到坚持实现了。

　　我想先问大家一个问题，小时候，大人们总是喜欢问我们：长大想做什么？

　　告诉大家我是怎么回答的，我说我的梦想是当一名科学家，能够造飞机给我爸妈开。然后大一些了，大概是上小学时吧！我想还是当老板赚钱，买飞机给爸妈开更实际些。然后我又大些了，懂得也多了，觉得买飞机很遥远，我应该把自己的功课做好。最后**脆不报什么希望了，我想还是把这个梦想留给我的孩子完成吧！至于自己，过一天算一天吧！我们的满腔热血呢！我们的雄心壮志呢！都哪里去了？可以说我们在残酷的现实下迷失了自我，破灭了激情与梦想。各

　　种现实问题，无一例外都在考验我们的梦想，我们在种种现实中被考验的焦头烂额。

　　大家不要误会，我并没有煽动起义的意思，我把话题扯的可能有些远，目的希望大家能把丢失已久的梦想勇敢的捡起来。而梦想的实现与否着重反应在了一个成语与一句俗语上：“未雨绸缪”、“车到山前必有路，船到桥头自然直”。 “未雨绸缪”是什么呢？同学们应该很容易就给出一个答案。是的，那就相当于一个计划，对未知的事情做好各方面的准备工作，以确保将来万无一失。人生，是需要计划的。有计划的人生，才能用“蓝图”来形容，也才有奋斗的方向。这“蓝图”，也就是一个人的梦想！然而人的自我计划，也是应随着时间而改变的。脱离时代变迁的梦想也必将被时代淘汰。如果要继续坚持，就必然要付出一定代价，或者是不被人理解与接受；或者是只有孤芳自赏的无奈。梦想与现实之间的矛盾，尽管不是生与死的较量，也有着一番或欣喜或痛苦的取舍。只有在这二者之间取得最和谐的状态，才能保证梦想可以实现，同时获得好的生活。生活的样子是日新月异的，因此伴随着生活的梦想也该是变换着一路向前的。

　　对待梦想实现的`奋斗历程，我想我们需要的，就是一种好的心态。在此回归前面某句话又显得很必要：车到山前必有路，船到桥头自然直。这句话很乐观，可若是山前没有路，桥的那头依旧是弯的，又是怎样的呢？我不热衷于盲目

　　的乐观，但宁愿将它归结为一次赌：我赌山前有路；我赌桥的那头是直！也只有心存希望，才能真正等到希望。

　　作为一个演讲者，我必须抛出所有观点，等待听众辩证。因此在即将结尾之时，我愿意用两句话来总结梦想与现实之间的关系：梦想是一面旗帜，引导奋斗，改变自我，改变现实；现实是一面镜子，检验梦想，检验认知。

　　对于梦想，应当有坚持；对待现实，需要认识。 最后，感谢各位光临！

　　大家好!

　　今天，我演讲的题目是——《让梦想飞翔，让信念开花》。

　　毛毛虫的梦想是有一天能变成美丽的蝴蝶;鸟的梦想是拥有一个干净美丽的家园;蜗牛的梦想是有一天能跑的跟袋鼠一样快，而我的梦想是当一名光荣的人民老师。

　　从上学开始，我就被教师这个神圣的职业吸引，我不仅从老师那里学到了知识，而且他们美好的品德、一言一行都给我留下深刻的'印象。从那时起，我就将这个梦想悄悄的藏在了心中，并开始为这个伟大的梦想而努力奋斗。在我眼中，老师的知识是渊博的，我要向老师学*。就这样，我努力丰富自己的知识，开拓自己的视野，遨游在“书海”中，是一件令我痴迷的事，也成为了一件我常做的事。我用知识的露水，小心翼翼地灌溉着我播撒下的梦想的“种子”，使它长出了嫩绿的叶子，将来能开花结果。

　　我知道，要让梦想早一天成真，我前面的路还很漫长，但是我相信：梦想，是人生中的启明星，能指引正确的方向;梦想，是一枚徽章，是人生中奋斗的目标。因为有了梦想，人生才会精彩!因为有了梦想，明天才能更加灿烂辉煌!

　　坚定信念，放飞梦想，我不会轻言放弃!树立信念，放飞梦想，就能实现心中的愿望!让梦想飞翔，让信念开花，我要为自己的梦想而努力学*，为我加油吧!

　　今天，我们全班同学欢聚一堂，放飞梦想，畅想未来。我们每个人都有自己的理想，每个人都有自己的梦。我的梦想就是长大了要做一名老师。

　　现在，我们每天都到学校来上学，老师们通过他们的辛勤工作，谆谆的教诲，让我们学会了各种文化知识，学会了许多做人的道理。我们每一个同学的成长，都凝聚着各位老师的心血和汗水!

　　我非常敬佩我们的老师，所以才有了长大了要做一名老师的梦想，但是如何才能实现自己的梦想那，我要从现在就开始努力学*，为实现自己的梦想而努力!我还要向我们的老师们学*，学*他们的无私的奉献精神!学*他们崇高的敬业精神!学*他们的严谨的工作态度!争取长大了做一名合格的老师!

我劳动我光荣的主题演讲稿

尊敬的老师们，亲爱的同学们：

　　大家好！

　　前天，妈妈看到家里卫生太脏了，她说：“周六我们给家里来个大扫除怎么样？”我和爸爸都举手赞成。

　　周六一大早我和妈妈就起来了，只有爸爸这个大懒虫还在呼呼大睡，妈妈对我说：“去挠你爸爸的脚，让他起来。”我蹑手蹑脚的来到爸爸的房间，我把手伸进爸爸的被窝，爸爸很怕痒，刚碰到他的脚他就醒了。我对他说：“说好了今天大扫除，你还不早点起来？”爸爸挠挠头，赶紧起来了。

　　开始分工了，爸爸收拾书房和他的卧室，我收拾卫生间和我的卧室，妈妈收拾厨房和阳台，最后我们共同收拾客厅，妈妈一声令下我们就开始了自己的工作。我首先把我房间的床头柜上的书整理到书柜里，然后到卫生间把抹布打湿拧干，把床头柜、床头、挂衣柜都擦得干干净净，最后用拖把把房间的地也擦了两遍，站在房间门口看着锃（zeng）亮的房间我非常开心。

　　我把抹布洗干净挂到阳台上晾着，然后到书房帮助爸爸收拾书桌、电脑桌、书柜上面的东西，把*时我做作业用的演草纸、爸爸看过的旧报纸、杂志等等都收拾起来，放到阳台上的垃圾袋里，妈妈说等攒多了可以送到废品收购站卖了，还可以补充我的零花钱呢！很快爸爸妈妈也都完成了自己的工作，我到卫生间把洗脸池擦干净，把我们全家的洗漱用具摆放整齐，OK大功告成。妈妈看了我打扫的卫生夸**的很棒，我心里美滋滋的。

　　坐在沙发上，我们一家三口一边休息一边看着我们的劳动成果，干净明亮的房间看着就让人精神气爽。这时候我想起了《劳动最光荣》这首歌，同时也深深体会到了一份辛勤，一分收获。

我与童话作文

　　有一天，我抓到了一只小蝴蝶，高兴极了。我飞快的跑回家，把小蝴蝶装在玻璃瓶里。

　　我每天都看一看小蝴蝶有没有长大。好多天过去了，我发现小蝴蝶不但没有长大，而且一对翅膀变得一点力气都没有了。突然，我察觉到它好像“哭”了，脑袋耷拉着无精打采的样子。我伤心透了，心想它是不是想家了？是不是想它花园里的.蝴蝶朋友了？于是，我连忙把小蝴蝶放飞到空中。小蝴蝶立刻展开翅膀高兴地在空中飞来飞去，好像在对我说：“谢谢你，谢谢你把我放了，让我重新呼吸到清新的空气。以后我还会来看你的。”我看到它轻松飞翔的样子，心里顿时充满了快乐的感觉，心里默默的祝福小蝴蝶：希望你回到美丽的花园里变得越来越美丽。

　　小蝴蝶飞到了花丛中去了，我也回家了。以前，我无数次地渴望着能养一只蝴蝶。可当我真正把它带到家里的瓶子里这段时间，我终于明白了：蝴蝶只有回到属于它自己的世界它才最快乐。

　　I Have a Dream

　　I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

　　Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

　　But one hundred years later, the Negro still is not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is still languished in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. And so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

　　In a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable Rights" of "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."

　　But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. And so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

　　We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of Now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God's children.

　　It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. This sweltering summer of the Negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. And those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. And there will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

　　But there is something that I must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: In the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

　　The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. And they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

　　We cannot walk alone.

　　And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

　　We cannot turn back.

　　There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "When will you be satisfied?" We can never be satisfied as long as the Negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. We can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. We cannot be satisfied as long as a Negro in Mississippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

　　My Dream

　　Hi, everyone, my name is XX. I’m X years old .Today I will tell you my dream.

　　My dream is to be an astronaut to the moon in the future. I want to go to the moon because the moon is very beautiful, I like it. Second, on the moon, I can fly in the space without plane. Third, I want to research minerals to help the people on the earth. Some minerals are very rare on the earth, but I can find more on the moon. Some minerals people use them too much so that only a few left, I can find more on the moon. This is the most important reason for me to be the astronaut.

　　How can I be an astronaut? Firstly, I can read some books about the space and the moon. Secondly, I can learn hard now to get more knowledge. Next, I should have a healthy body. I will eat more healthy food, like rice, vegetables and fruits. And I will eat less unhealthy food, such as candies and snacks. I also need do exercise to be stronger and thinner. my great pleasure to share my dream with you today. my dream is to become a teacher....

As the whole world has its boundaries, limits and freedom coexist in our life. I don’t expect complete freedom, which is impossible. I sim* have a dream that supports my life.

I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks and lead my own life. With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the green grass, smelling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the fresh and cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last. Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction.

I dream that one day the *s could throw their prejudice of comic and cartoon away. They could keep a lovely heart that can share sorrow and happiness with us while watching cartoon or doing personal things. That’s the real communication of heart to heart.

I have the belief that my dreams should come true. I am looking forward to some day coming when I am like a proud eagle, which flies to the blue and vast sky.

we could depend on our friends all the time. There is a famous motto saying that “A friend is like a quilt with cotton wadding,

but the real thing that keeps you warm is your own temperature.” It is really true. We have to work hard together with our friends, encourage each other and help each other. When we receive love and friendship, we should repay as much as we can.

Finally, let's pray together now that one day, all of us could find the person we want to find, and could enjoy a real beautiful friendship in our lives. Let's pray the flower of friendship be-tween our friends and us would always bloom brightly in our hearts.
