中秋节古诗

　　1、吃团圆饭

　　老广州人的中秋从“吃团圆饭”开始。这一天，所有在外的家人都尽量赶回来，已经分家单过的成年儿子也要和妻儿一同回到父母家，在月亮初升之时，合坐共吃团圆饭，以示“月光团圆”。所吃菜式除了年节当令的蔬菜、肉类之外，还必有一道“圆蹄”——即是用发菜、冬菇之类的作料焖烧猪蹄，也是取个团圆的好意头。

　　2、树中秋

　　旧时的广州，每逢中秋节，各家要用竹条扎灯笼。到了夜里，在灯内燃烛，下面再联结许多小灯，用绳系在竹竿上，挂到房屋的高处，如*台、屋顶或高树之上。入夜，满城灯火，如繁星点点，以此庆贺中秋，羊城人也叫“竖中秋”，又叫“树中秋”。谁家的灯笼挂得越高就越吉利，以往老人家都会给小孙子送灯笼，还要加上一支七星旗，希望子孙聪明伶俐，快高长大。

　　3、耍禄仔

　　“耍禄仔” 是过去中秋节十分流行的儿童游戏，以柚子壳刻通花，中可悬灯，儿童提着成群结队游乐，或提着各种动物、瓜果形状的灯色，沿街踏歌而行，一边唱着“耍禄歌”：“耍禄仔，耍禄儿，点明灯。识斯文者重斯文，天下读书为第一，莫谓文章无用处，古云一字值千金，自有书中出贵人……”儿童们在尽情游乐之后散去，各自回家吃月饼果品之类。

　　4、拜月光

　　在以广州为中心的广府地区，中秋节俗称“月光诞”。中秋节当晚，一家人吃完团圆饭后，必须摆上各式果品进行“拜月光”的仪式。有天台的人家在天台，没天台的人家在家门前，摆开供桌，焚香礼拜，贡品除月饼外还有柚子、柿子、香蕉、杨桃、油甘子、芋头等。

　　在广州民间，不少家庭在中秋期间都有炒田螺的.*惯。关于中秋食田螺，在清咸丰年间的《顺德县志》有记：“八月望日，尚芋食螺。”民间认为，中秋田螺，可以明目，且此时最肥美。中秋当晚一家人聚在一起，拿着田螺，对月一举，再送到嘴边一啜，就是“对月啜螺肉，越啜眼越明”。

　　6、吃芋头

　　广东有个传统*俗：中秋吃芋头。老人家认为，吃芋头寓意辟邪消灾。不仅是因为芋头长至中秋时节最为肥美，更重要的是芋头是多子的生物，而且母芋头总是和一窝小芋头同生在一处，象征母子团圆。粤语“芋头”又与“护头”谐音，一家人一起吃芋头表示合家团圆*安的意思。

　　柚子外形浑圆象征团圆之意，同时，“柚”与“佑”谐音，代表希望月亮护佑的美好意愿，再加上中秋节前后又适逢盛产期，柚子便理所当然地成为了中秋节的应节食物。或者是“意头”够好，使得柚子成为中秋节一个必不可少的主角，在广东中秋吃柚子依然是一个传统。

　　8、吃菱角

　　如果家里有小孩，还要备上菱角。中秋节给小孩吃菱角，寄托大人希望他们“聪明伶俐”的祝福。菱角可以去壳后切成粒状煲粥，赏月吃过月饼之后食用，可减少油腻感；用盐水煮熟后捞起，一边赏月一边食用也很有趣。

　　9、舞叶龙

　　还须一提的是，过去在广州西村、增步、南岸一带，中秋节晚上有舞叶龙的*俗。用榕树枝叶扎成一条三四丈长的青龙，用两个芋头作龙眼，再斩两条树丫作龙角，由十几个后生仔举着它舞，穿大街、过小巷，边舞边唱：“龙来到，？钱？无数；签钱买草绳，今年又太*；签钱买蜡烛，年年起大屋；签钱买元宝，明年娶新抱（媳妇）！”儿童挽着彩灯，尾随后面跟着唱。众人争着拜龙，把点着的香烛插在龙叶身上，这条青龙渐渐变成了一条流光溢彩的火龙了。
