　　孙中山也是我国*代最早极力提倡植树造林的人。他亲自起草的政治文献《上李鸿章书》中提出，*欲强，必须“急兴农学，讲究树艺”。 辛亥革命以后，孙中山先生提出了在*北部和中部大规模植树造林的计划。1924年，他在广州一次演讲中强调：我们防止水灾和旱灾的根本方法就是要不断植树造林，而且要造大规模的森林。
